This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance at the Department of Education and Culture of North Kolaka Regency. The study employed a quantitative associative approach. Data were collected through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Multiple linear regression analysis was used to test the hypotheses. The results indicate that competence does not significantly affect employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work discipline also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, competence, work motivation, and work discipline significantly affect employee performance. These findings indicate that motivation and discipline are the main factors contributing to employee performance improvement.
