This study aims to examine the effect of inflation, staple commodity prices, and the City Minimum Wage (UMK) on the level of Non-Performing Financing (NPF) at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in Medan during the 2021–2025 period. A quantitative research approach was employed using secondary data obtained from Statistics Indonesia (BPS), relevant government institutions, and the financial reports of Bank Syariah Indonesia. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with EViews 13 software. The findings reveal that inflation and the City Minimum Wage (UMK) do not have a statistically significant effect on Non-Performing Financing. In contrast, staple commodity prices have a negative and significant effect on NPF. Simultaneously, inflation, staple commodity prices, and the City Minimum Wage significantly influence the level of Non-Performing Financing. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.9058 indicates that 90.58% of the variation in NPF can be explained by the three independent variables, while the remaining 9.42% is attributable to other factors outside the scope of this research model.
