This study examines the effect of job training and work culture on employee performance in the mining sector of North Morowali, alongside evaluating the moderating role of risk knowledge. Utilizing a quantitative approach with PLS-SEM analysis on 100 employees, empirical findings reveal that job training and work culture significantly enhance employee performance. Conversely, risk knowledge does not serve as a significant moderating variable in either relationship. Practical implications highlight the necessity of reinforcing organizational culture and technical training to maximize operational productivity within high-risk industrial environments.
