Abstract

Optik Handayani is a business specializing in the sale of eyeglasses and contact lenses, where sales transactions, customer information, and sales reporting are still handled through manual processes. The use of these processes can reduce the efficiency of data management, increase the possibility of recording errors and data loss, and make it more difficult to prepare sales reports and manage customer relationships. This study focuses on designing and developing a web-based sales information system integrated with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) by applying the Agile method at Optik Handayani. The required data were obtained through observation, interviews, and literature reviews to determine the system requirements. The system development process followed the Agile method through five stages: planning, design, development, testing, and review. PHP was used as the programming language, with MySQL serving as the database, while Unified Modeling Language (UML) was applied to model the system design. Black Box Testing was conducted to evaluate the system functions and ensure their conformity with user requirements. The results demonstrate that the developed system can integrate the management of product information, customer data, sales transactions, memberships, vouchers, and sales reports within a single system. The implementation of the system also facilitates data management, accelerates transaction processing, improves the accuracy of sales reports, and supports CRM implementation in improving service quality and maintaining stronger relationships with customers at Optik Handayani.
