Abstract

Digital transformation encourages organizations to improve human resource management effectiveness through information systems capable of supporting integrated performance monitoring processes. Many organizations still face challenges in managing employee performance data due to manual procedures that cause reporting delays, low data accuracy, and limited real-time information access. This study aims to develop a web-based Employee Performance Monitoring Information System using the Agile method to support monitoring, evaluation, and reporting processes effectively. The study employs an Agile software development approach consisting of requirements planning, product backlog preparation, sprint planning, system development, testing, and user evaluation. The system is designed as a web-based platform integrating employee management, key performance indicators, work target monitoring, performance dashboards, and automated reporting features. The findings indicate that Agile development accelerates system implementation through iterative and collaborative processes, enabling flexible adaptation to user requirements. The developed system improves performance data accuracy, accelerates employee evaluation processes, and provides real-time performance information for management. This study contributes to the development of adaptive, transparent, and data-driven employee performance monitoring systems that support organizational decision-making.
