The rapid development of information technology has encouraged Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to utilize Websites as a digital marketing medium. However, Elzora Beauty MSME did not have an optimized Website, resulting in low visibility in search engines. This study aims to design and implement a Content Management System (CMS) based on Search Engine Optimization (SEO) as a digital marketing strategy for Elzora Beauty MSME.The research method consisted of requirements analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The Website was developed using Blogger as the CMS platform by implementing On-Page SEO, Technical SEO, and Off-Page SEO strategies. The evaluation was conducted using SEO Site Checkup, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Bing Webmaster. The results indicate that implementing an SEO-based CMS improved the quality of the Elzora Beauty Website. The SEO Site Checkup score increased from 71 to 81. According to Google Search Console, the Website achieved 216 impressions, 30 organic clicks, a Click-Through Rate (CTR) of 13.9%, and an average position of 5.5 in Google search results. In addition, Bing Webmaster recorded 88 impressions and 4 clicks. These findings indicate that implementing an SEO-based CMS contributed to improving the Website's visibility in search engines and supported the MSME's digital marketing strategy. However, further optimization is still required to improve the Website's overall performance.
