<![CDATA[The rapid development of information technology requires higher education institutions to manage data more quickly, accurately, and in an integrated manner. However, many institutions still develop their information systems separately, resulting in negative impacts such as data redundancy and operational silos. This study aims to synthesize recent literature to propose an integrated conceptual model of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tailored to the higher education ecosystem. The study employs a systematic literature review method, focusing on various research articles addressing ERP implementation and the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) framework. The results of the analysis indicate that ERP significantly improves institutional productivity, accountability, and real-time financial and academic services. However, its success depends heavily on careful planning, staff readiness, and a supportive organizational culture to mitigate the risks associated with high investment costs. This study contributes a robust theoretical synthesis and a practical framework for university management to develop an operational digital transformation blueprint, thereby ensuring effective and transparent campus governance.]]>
