Abstract

This study aims to analyze a Triple Bottom Line (TBL)-based Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategy in enhancing brand image and corporate financial performance. The TBL approach, which encompasses the dimensions of people, planet, and profit, is considered a strategic framework that enables companies to integrate social responsibility, environmental concern, and economic performance in a balanced manner. This study employs a qualitative approach through a literature review by examining previous studies on CSR implementation, the Triple Bottom Line, brand image, and corporate financial performance. The findings indicate that implementing TBL-based CSR can strengthen brand image by increasing stakeholder trust, corporate reputation, customer loyalty, and positive perceptions of the company. At the same time, CSR practices integrated with business strategies have the potential to improve financial performance through stronger customer loyalty, operational efficiency, risk management, increased competitiveness, and long-term value creation. The people dimension contributes to strengthening relationships between companies, employees, and communities; the planet dimension enhances the company's commitment to environmental sustainability; while the profit dimension ensures that CSR activities remain aligned with the company's economic sustainability. Therefore, a TBL-based CSR strategy serves not only as a form of corporate responsibility but also as a strategic instrument for building a strong brand image and improving corporate financial performance sustainably.
