The use of sterile eye drops and the management of expired drugs are important aspects of health education to prevent drug misuse and environmental impacts caused by expired drugs. This activity aims to improve drug literacy through education on the sterile, safe, and effective use of eye drops and the disposal of expired drugs for students at Teluk Keramat 1 Public High School. The method used was a quasi-experimental study with a pretest-posttest approach, involving 60 students as respondents. Education was provided through interactive material presentations, practical use of eye drops, and simulations of drug disposal procedures. The results showed a significant increase in students' understanding of the correct use of medicines and medicine disposal procedures, as evidenced by the average pretest score for the use of eye drops = 1.50 and posttest = 66.83, while the pretest score for knowledge about the storage and disposal of expired medicines = 1.50 and posttest = 79.6. It can be concluded that the educational activities successfully built students' awareness and skills in drug management, so that it can be used as a model for school health programs.
