<![CDATA[This community service initiative was conducted to transform the financial management systems of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the layer poultry farming sector. The main challenge faced by farmers was reliance on simple, manual financial records, making data vulnerable to loss, physical damage, and calculation errors. This condition hindered monitoring of operational efficiency, business performance assessment, and strategic decision-making. Through active training and intensive, continuous mentoring, the service team assisted partners in transitioning from traditional methods to a digital spreadsheet-based financial recording system. Activities included preliminary discussions, presentations on financial digitalization, technical guidance on recording production data and operational transactions, and periodic monitoring to ensure partner independence. The program improved managers’ skills in systematically separating operational costs and daily revenues. Digital dashboards and graphical visualizations comparing income and expenditure also provided easier access to transparent, real-time financial information. Financial digitalization shifted partners toward more professional, accountable, and competitive business management. Continued implementation is expected to strengthen their bargaining position, maintain operational efficiency amid market fluctuations, and support future access to formal capital.]]>
