<![CDATA[The strategies set by an organization or office can run effectively if there is also good employee performance. In fact, employees are capable of providing ideas for office improvements in the future. Based on this, every organization or office must strive to enhance employee performance. To improve employee performance, which ultimately leads the office toward betterment, the office needs to pay special attention to the aspect of discipline. This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and workload on employee performance. The population used consists of employees of Sumerta Kaja Village, East Denpasar Sub-District, Denpasar City, with a sample of 31 respondents. The data analysis techniques used in this research are Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Coefficient of Determination, t-Test, and F-Test. Based on the research results, it can be seen that work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, workload has a negative and significant influence on employee performance, and simultaneously, work discipline and workload have a significant influence on employee performance. The recommendations given in this research are that Sumerta Kaja Village, East Denpasar Sub-District, Denpasar City, Bali, is expected to periodically provide training for employees to enhance their ability to complete the amount of work according to targets, issue warnings or warning letters to employees who do not comply with work time rules, and conduct evaluations of the work assigned to employees to create policies for assigning work according to employees' expertise and competencies.Keywords: Employee Performance, Work Discipline, Workload.]]>
