Adi Soemarmo Boyolali Airport, as the main gateway of the Solo Raya region, is required to provide adequate service facilities to support passenger comfort. However, issues were identified regarding suboptimal navigation (signage) facilities and the deactivation of toilets on the second floor of the departure area. This study aims to analyze the partial and simultaneous effects of information facility services (X1) and toilet facilities (X2) on passenger comfort (Y) at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali Airport, as well as to determine the magnitude of contribution of both variables. This study employed a quantitative method with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 100 respondents. The questionnaires were validated for reliability prior to distribution. Sampling was conducted using a purposive sampling technique, targeting passengers aged over 17 years who had used toilet facilities in the departure area at least once. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, including partial tests (t-test), simultaneous tests (F-test), and the coefficient of determination (R²). The results show that: (1) information facility services have a significant partial effect on passenger comfort (sig. < 0.001); (2) toilet facilities have a significant partial effect on passenger comfort (sig. 0.002); (3) both variables simultaneously have a significant effect on passenger comfort (sig. < 0.001); and (4) the coefficient of determination is 64.7%, indicating that information facility services and toilet facilities together influence passenger comfort by 64.7%, while the remaining 35.3% is influenced by other variables outside this study.
