This study aims to develop an environmental literacy-based e-module on ecosystems for grade 10 students of Madrasah Aliyah (Islamic Senior High School), and to determine its feasibility and practicality. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Develop, and Disseminate), limited to the Develop stage. The developed product was validated by material and media experts, then tested for practicality through a questionnaire of teacher and student responses. The validation results showed that the e-module was categorized as highly valid based on the assessments of the material and media experts. Meanwhile, the results of the practicality test indicated that the e-module was categorized as very practical based on teacher and student responses. The developed e-module presents material systematically, interactively, and contextually by linking ecosystem concepts to various environmental issues surrounding students, thereby supporting a more meaningful learning process while improving environmental literacy. Thus, the developed environmental literacy-based e-module is deemed feasible and practical for use as a teaching material in biology lessons on ecosystems at Islamic Senior High Schools (Madrasah Aliyah).
