<![CDATA[Learning in the Draping course still faces challenges in understanding collar pattern-making practices due to the limitations of learning media that have not been able to present the process visually and systematically. This study aims to develop a tutorial video learning media for making collar patterns using the draping technique and to determine its validity and practicality as supporting learning media for Fashion Design students at Universitas Negeri Padang. The research method used was Research and Development (R&D) with the 4D development model, which was limited to the develop stage. The media development process included needs analysis, design, video production, expert validation, and practicality testing involving lecturers and students. The results showed that the developed tutorial video obtained media validity of 95% and material validity of 93%, categorized as highly valid. The practicality test results obtained scores of 95% from the course lecturer, 88% from the small group trial, and 90% from the large group trial, categorized as highly practical. Therefore, the tutorial video learning media for making collar patterns using the draping technique is considered valid and practical for use as supporting media in Draping course learning.]]>
