Digital learning media at SMP Bina Sejahtera, Depok City, had not been systematically designed around User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) principles, resulting in unattractive displays, unintuitive navigation, and an inconsistent student learning experience. This community service program aimed to improve teachers' understanding and skills in designing UI/UX-based digital learning media and to develop an integrated Learning Management System (LMS). Implemented over eight months through six stages — socialization, capacity-building training, UI/UX design training, technology application, mentoring and evaluation, and sustainability planning — the program involved 18 teachers and students as end users. The main output was an LMS at lmsbinasejahtera.com, built using a user-centered design approach with content management, video-based materials, and interactive quizzes, supported by a digital user guide. Results show all indicators were achieved: teachers independently operate the LMS, while students and teachers reported increased motivation and satisfaction, demonstrating a replicable model for sustainable digital learning transformation.
