This study was motivated by the absence of teaching materials that systematically present the concepts and procedures of Fabric Manipulation techniques in the Cipta Busana (Fashion Creation) course. Students needed guidance to understand concepts, material characteristics, and practical steps of Fabric Manipulation. This study aimed to describe the validity and practicality of an e-module on Fabric Manipulation techniques developed using the 4D model, limited to the Develop stage. The Define stage covered front-end, learner, concept, task, and instructional-objective analysis; the Design stage covered content, display, structure, and instrument planning; and the Develop stage covered product realization, expert validation, revision, and practicality assessment. The product contains the basic concepts of Fabric Manipulation, material characteristics, and the Patchwork, Slashing, and Burnt Fabric techniques, complete with working steps and visual documentation. Data were collected through interviews and validity/practicality questionnaires. Results show that material-expert validation reached 83.4% and media-expert validation reached 84%, both in the very valid category. Practicality based on lecturer assessment reached 81.4% and student response reached 84.2%, both in the very practical category. The e-module is therefore declared very valid and very practical as supporting teaching material for the Cipta Busana course.
