This research aims to find out how much the work environment affects employee performance and how much influence work discipline affects employee performance and to find out how much the work environment and work discipline affect employee performance together. The research method used was a quantitative research method with saturated samples and by distributing questionnaires to 60 employees of Mak Judes Seafood Restaurant who became research samples. The data analysis techniques used were instrument tests, classical asusmsi tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis tests with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of the study show that the work environment and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Mak Judes Seafood Restaurant. This is shown by the results of the partial test (t-test) with a tcal value (X1) of 7.450 > ttable 2.00172 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. The tcal value (X2) is 5.599 > ttable 2.00172 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, the F-test showed that the results of the work environment and work discipline had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this was shown by the Fcal value of 47.952 > Ftable 3.16 with a significant level of 0.000 < 0.05 and a determination coefficient of 0.627, the remaining 37.3 were influenced by other variables that were not explained in this study. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the conclusions that can be drawn in this study are that the variables of work environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) partially (t-test) show a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that H1 and H2 are accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that it has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Mak Judes Seafood Restaurant on Road Sei Batang Hari Number 111A and Citraland Gamacity Block R5 Number 08. Simultaneously (Test-F) the variables of work environment (X1) and work discipline (X2) showed a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 so that H3 was accepted and H0 was rejected\, with an R square value of 0.627 meaning a positive and strong relationship with a percentage of 62.7% of the remaining 37.3% affecting other variables outside the variables in this study.
