Abstract

Rapid changes in human technology affect countless businesses, the strength of a company can be measured by the level of technology applied for efficiency, owning "technology" (technology and innovation) is one of the keys to increasing resources. Ensuring this is a single factor that is important for human resource management because an organization must be able to identify improvements in its human resources. So, the main objective of this paper is to analyze the influence of current technology on HR processes, consider the existing literature on the topic, and its advantages and efficiency. In this scenario, there is a need to clearly identify a technology for efficient human resource management that is capable of enhancing employee skills. Many of the main areas of impact of technology on human resource development are discussed in order to obtain innovative human resource development.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the effect of education and training on employee performance at PT. Modern Industrial Area (PERSERO) Medan. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with causal associative methods. The population in this study were all employees of PT.Kawasan Industri Medan who had attended education and training, totaling 95 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling using the Slovin formula, therefore the number of samples taken was 49 people.The results of the study indicate that: (1) There is a positive and significant influence on the education variable (X1) on the performance of employees (Y) of PT. Medan Industrial Estate. This can be seen from the test results obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 or t count 2.441 > from t table 1.679 (α = 0.05/2, n-k-1). (2) There is a positive and significant effect on the training variable (X2) on the performance of employees (Y) of PT. Medan Industrial Estate. This can be seen from the test results obtained a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 or t count 4.267 > from t table 1.679 (α = 0.05/2, n-k-1). (3) There is a simultaneous positive and significant effect on the variables of education (X1) and training (X2) on the performance of employees (Y) of PT. Medan Industrial Estate. This can be seen from the test results obtained significant values ​​X1 and X2 0.000 <0.05 and f arithmetic value 5.552 > from f table 1.679 (α = k, n-k). 3.09. So for that, it is recommended to PT. Medan Industrial Estate to continue to improve education and training for employees so that employee performance can also increase.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Quality of Service and Price on Customer Satisfaction Consumers Alfamart Jl. Plow 1, Medan. The research method is correlational quantitative and the type of research is explanatory research. The population of all consumers with the number of samples using Convenience Sampling is 67 people. Questionnaire data collection techniques and linear regression data analysis. Testing the hypothesis t test (X1) t count 4.092 > t table 1.998, the significance value of X1 0.000 <0.05 means that service quality has a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. T test (X2) t arithmetic 10.509 > t table 1.998, the significance value of X2 0.000 <0.0 means that the price has a positive and partially significant effect on customer satisfaction. F test (X1, X2) F count 101.911 > F table 3.14 or significance value (X1, X2) = 0.000 <0.05, meaning X1, X2, simultaneously affects customer satisfaction. Alfamart to further develop quality and affordable prices so as to further increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah ada pengaruh pengawasan terhadap disiplin dan kinerja pegawai. Lokasi penelitian adalah di Kantor Kecamatan Pangururan Kabupaten Samosir. Hipotesis penelitian ini ada 3 yaitu terdapat pengaruh pengawasan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai , terdapat pengaruh pengawasan terhadap kinerja pegawai, terdapat pengaruh pengawasan terhadap disiplin dan kinerja pegawai, mengambil sampel 38 0rang, riset ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sofeware dan teknik analis data product moment, koefisien determinasi R2, uji regresi, uji T. Dan kemudian data akan dianalis dan dijelaskan secara detail.             Berdasarkan hasil analisa regresi secara keseluruhan menunjukkan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,946 yang berada pada angka interpretasi interval koefisien korelasi 0,80–1,000. Hal ini berarti bahwa korelasi atau hubungan variable pengawasan terhadap kinerja pegawai di kecamatan Pangururan Kabupaten Samosirmemiliki hubungan yang sangat kuat, bersifat positif dan signifikan sehingga untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai, maka diperlukan variable pengawasan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sedangkan nilai R-square atau nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,896 yang berarti bahwa persentase pengaruh variabel independen (Variabel Pengawasan) terhadap variable dependen (Kinerja Pegawai) sebesar 0,896 atau variable independen mampu mempengaruhi variable dependen (Kinerja pegawai) sebesar 89,6% sedangkan selebihnya yaitu 10,4 % (100%−89,6%) dipengaruhi oleh faktor-faktor lainnya diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

Peranan kelompok tani diharapkan dapat sebagai pendorong untuk meningkatkan ekonomi masyarakat. Partisipasi kelompok Tani menjadi salah satu wadah bagi para anggotanya untuk melakukan gerakan  bersama. Gerakan ini juga dapat meperkuat hubungan antar petani demi tercapainya tujuan bersama dengan cara petani dapat saling bertukar pikiran dan memberikan pendapat masing-masing untuk di pertimbangkan dan di ambil keputusan. Demikian halnya dengan Kelompok Tani di Martubung Kelurahan Besar Kecamatan Medan Labuhan juga harus dapat berfungsi sebagai jalan keluar dari keterpurukan ekonomi masyarakat dengan menciptakan produk turunan yang berkualitas dari hasil tani yang diguluti masyarakaat sebagai kelompok tani. Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dilaksanakan Dosen dan Mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Bisnis dan Mahasiswa Program Studi Administrasi Publik Fakultas Ilmu social dan Ilmu politik Universitas HKBP Nommensen kepada Masyarakat dan Kelompok Tani Terpadu Martubung (KTTM) untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui sosialisasi penyuluhan Peluang Usaha Produk Turunan Andaliman Untuk Meningkatkan Ekonomi Rakyat Di Martubung Kelurahan Besar Kecamatan Medan Labuhan. Dengan terlaksananya kegiatan pengabdian ini, diharapkan dapat memecahkan kendala untuk mengolah usaha taninya melalui berbagai produk turunan dan bertambahnya pengetahuan masyarakat sebagai anggota Kelompok Tani, mampu meningkatkan pendapatan yang lebih besar.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze whether or not there is an influence of Investment Socialization by Securities Companies on the Interest of Potential Investors in Investing in Securities through mutual funds. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether there is an influence of investment socialization on the interest of potential investors, where the population of this study is 7,088 people with a sample size of 98 people selected using the Slovin formula. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it can be concluded that the significance value of the t-test X1 = 0.014 <0.05; X2 = 0.040<0.05; X3 =0.091>0.05; X4 = 0.570>0.05 and X5 = 0.000<0.05 (df = 0.05/2; n-k-1) where X1, Ha4 was rejected. The results of the F-test obtained a significance value of Fcount of 0.000<0.05 (k; n-k) which means Ha was accepted and Ho was rejected or Investment Socialization (X1 Meanwhile, the detrending coefficient (R Square) shows that the Interest of Potential Investors is influenced by Investment Socialization by 62.1% and the remaining 37.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this research. The results of the multiple linear regression analysis obtained an equation, namely Y = 9.468 + 0.616x1 + 0.525x2 + 0.373x3 + 0.126x4 + 0.793x5. Suggestions given to securities companies to increase the frequency of investment outreach to the public, especially students, with more emphasis on classifying the types of risks and benefits of investment to encourage public or student participation in the Capital Market

Abstract

This research aims to measure the influence of employee empowerment and organizational commitment on employee performance at PT Mutiara Mukti Farma. The variables of this study are Employee Empowerment (X1) and Organizational Commitment (X2) to Employee Performance (Y). This study uses a type of survey research, with a quantitative research method. The sample of this study is employees working at PT Mutiara Mukti Farma with a total of 78 people. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires to employees. Then the data was analyzed by validity and reality test, regression test, normality test, multicollinearity and heterogeneity test, F test and T test using the SPSS 27 application. Based on the results of this study, it is concluded that Empowerment and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This is shown by the t-count value (14.533) in the empowerment variable, (3.599) in the organizational commitment variable and the t-value in the table of (1.665) this shows that the t-count value > the table and the significant value < 0.05. The result of F is calculated as (111.513) and the value of Ftable is (3.12) and significant is 0.000 < 0.05. The results of the Determination coefficient test were obtained at 0.695 which means that it is positively related to the dependent variable, Suggestions for companies that PT. Mutiara Mukti Farma can implement a more systematic and structured employee empowerment program. This can include skills training, greater delegation of responsibilities, and giving employees greater access to the resources and information they need to succeed in their jobs

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of subsidized fertilizer and land area on the income of rice farmers in Aek Rau Hamlet, Simangumban Julu Village,District Simangumban, Nort Tapanuli Regency. This type of research is associative with a quantitative approach. The population in this research is 87 rice farmers using rice farmers using the saturation point formula technique, because the population is less than 100, the number of samples in this research is taken absolutely from a population of 87 respondents. Based on the test subsilized fertilizer with tcount > ttable (4,095>1,988) with a significant level of 0,000 < 0,05, then the land area variable obtained ttable > tcount (7,840> 1,988) with a significant level of 0,000 < 0,05, thus it can be concluded that the variable subsidized fertilizer and land area partilially have a positive and significant effect on the income of rice farmers in Aek Rau Hamlet, Simangumban Village, Julu Simangumban District, Nort Tapanuli Regency. The faitung value of 30,517 is greater than Eubal’s 3,11 with 0,000 < 0,05 indicating Ho rejected and Ha accepted. So, it can be concluded that the variables of subsidized fertilizer and land area together have a positive and significant effect on the income of rice farmers in Aek Rau Hamlet, Simangumban Village, Julu, Simangumban District, North Tapanuli Regency. Coefficient of Determination (R2) = R2 X 100%, so that R2 = 0,421 or 42,1% of farmer income (dependent variable) can be explained by the variables subsidized fertilizer and land area. The remaining 57,9% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.
