<![CDATA[This community service activity was carried out in Kabinuang Village, Dampal Utara District, as an effort to address the issue of underutilized vacant land around residents' gardens. Unused land that is not productively managed has the potential to become idle land, contributing neither to food security nor to the economic improvement of the community. This activity aimed to provide education, training, and assistance to the community in managing vacant land into productive areas through the cultivation of horticultural crops and medicinal plants. The methods used included initial observation, socialization, basic cultivation technique training, and monitoring of the activity outcomes. The results of the service showed an increase in community knowledge and skills in utilizing vacant land, as well as the establishment of several productive garden plots as pilot examples in the village. This initiative is expected to serve as an initial step toward the sustainable use of land to support local food security and improve the welfare of the people of Kabinuang Village.]]>
