<![CDATA[SMK Puspita Bangsa currently identifies its top graduates manually based on academic grades, attendance, achievements, extracurricular activities, and tardiness records. This manual process is susceptible to calculation errors and subjective judgments, and it lacks transparency in communicating results to students. This research aims to create a web-based Decision Support System (DSS) utilizing the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) to provide an objective, quick, and consistent evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and literature review, then modeled using UML, ERD, and LRS. The system was built with PHP and MySQL in the XAMPP environment. The SMART calculations consider five criteria: Academics, Attendance, Achievements, Extracurriculars (benefits), and Tardiness (cost), with weights of 35%, 15%, 25%, 15%, and 10%, respectively. Validation involved black-box testing of core functions and white-box testing to assess program logic complexity. Findings show the system accurately, consistently, transparently, and efficiently ranks top graduates, simplifies decision-making, and enables students to view their results independently.]]>
