This study aimed to analyze the effect of cow manure application and coconut water soaking duration on the growth of bougainvillea cuttings (Bougainvillea sp.). The experiment was arranged using a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) consisting of two factors with three replications. The first factor was the dosage of cow manure, consisting of P0 = 0 g (control), P1 = 50 g, P2 = 100 g, and P3 = 150 g. The second factor was the duration of coconut water soaking, consisting of K0 = without soaking (control), K1 = 5 hours, K2 = 10 hours, and K3 = 15 hours. The observed data were analyzed using analysis of variance (ANOVA). The results showed that cow manure application had a significant effect on the emergence time of shoots, but had no significant effect on the number of shoots, shoot length, number of leaves, leaf length, and survival percentage of the cuttings. Meanwhile, coconut water soaking duration significantly affected shoot emergence time, number of shoots, and number of leaves, but showed no significant effect on shoot length, leaf length, and survival percentage of bougainvillea cuttings (Bougainvillea sp.).
