This study aimed to determine the effect of goat manure and agricultural waste liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) on the growth and yield of Welsh onion (Allium fistulosum L.). The research was conducted in Sampe Cita Glugur Rimbun Village, Kutalimbaru District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province, in Januari 2026 using a factorial Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) consisting of two factors. The first factor was goat manure applied at four dosage levels (0, 0.5, 1.0, and 1.5 kg/plot), while the second factor was agricultural waste liquid organic fertilizer applied at four concentration levels (0, 30, 60, and 90 mL/L of water/plot). This resulted in 16 treatment combinations, each replicated three times. The observed parameters included plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, root length, fresh weight per sample plant, and fresh weight per plot. The results showed that the application of goat manure had a highly significant effect on all observed parameters, with the best response obtained from treatment K3 (1.5 kg/plot), which produced the highest values for plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, root length, fresh weight per sample plant, and fresh weight per plot. Likewise, the application of agricultural waste liquid organic fertilizer had a highly significant effect on all observed parameters, with the best treatment being P3 (90 mL/L of water/plot), which produced the highest values for all measured variables.
