Garlic (Allium sativum L.) is a strategically important horticultural commodity in Indonesia; however, its domestic production has yet to meet national demand. This study aimed to examine the effect of solid organic fertilizer from cow manure and liquid organic fertilizer (LOF) from goat urine, as well as their interaction, on the growth and yield of garlic plants. A factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two treatment factors was employed. The first factor was cow manure at four dosage levels: P0 = 0 kg/plot (control), P1 = 1 kg/plot, P2 = 2 kg/plot, and P3 = 3 kg/plot. The second factor was goat urine LOF at four concentration levels: U0 = 0 ml/L water (control), U1 = 100 ml/L water, U2 = 200 ml/L water, and U3 = 300 ml/L water. Observed variables included plant height, number of leaves, bulb diameter, fresh bulb weight per sample, fresh bulb weight per plot, and dry bulb weight per plot. Results indicated that both treatments independently had a significant effect on most growth and yield parameters, with optimal doses at 2 kg/plot of cow manure and 200–300 ml/L of goat urine. However, their interaction showed no significant effect on most observed variables.
