Teacher discipline is an important aspect in supporting the effectiveness of learning and improving the quality of education. The community service activity was conducted based on problems related to teacher discipline at junior high schools in Ketambe District, Southeast Aceh Regency. The activity aimed to strengthen teachers' understanding and commitment regarding work discipline and professional responsibility. The implementation method consisted of problem identification, coordination with school partners, socialization, mentoring, discussion, evaluation, and follow-up planning. The activities involved teachers and school principals at junior high schools in Ketambe District. The results showed that the community service program provided an opportunity for teachers to reflect on the implementation of work discipline, particularly regarding compliance with regulations, punctuality, self-control, implementation of professional duties, working relationships, and commitment to professional development. The mentoring activities also encouraged communication between teachers and school management in identifying internal and external factors that influence discipline. These factors include personal motivation, self-control, management support, work environment, transportation accessibility, and weather conditions. The program is expected to contribute to strengthening a culture of discipline and professionalism among teachers. Sustainable mentoring and consistent support from school management are necessary to maintain the implementation of teacher discipline in the school environment.
