<![CDATA[Environmental cleanliness is essential for a healthy and sustainable quality of life. In rural Indonesia, including Ngasem District, Kediri Regency, awareness of household waste management and participation in mutual cooperation activities remain low, potentially contributing to health issues, flooding, and reduced aesthetic quality. This community service aimed to strengthen collective awareness and empower residents to maintain environmental cleanliness sustainably. The program included preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. Implementation involved education, 3R-based waste management training (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle), waste bank introduction, formation of environmental cadres, and clean-up activities. Results showed increased resident knowledge and awareness, successful establishment of environmental cadres at the RT/RW level, and improved environmental conditions through clean-up efforts and waste bank initiation. The program fostered active community participation and laid a foundation for sustainable environmental management via local cadres. These findings underscore the importance of participatory approaches and local change agents in promoting sustainable cleanliness at the community level.]]>
