<![CDATA[Fine motor skills represent a developmental aspect that requires early stimulation, as they play a crucial role in supporting a child's readiness for learning. This study aims to describe the improvement of fine motor skills among children in Group B at Al-Ikhlas Kindergarten, Lenek Pesiraman Village, through picture-coloring activities. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, involving children aged 5–6 years. Data were collected through direct observation and documentation, including children's artwork, activity photographs, and teacher's daily logs. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that coloring activities effectively enhanced the children's fine motor skills, evidenced by improvements in holding coloring tools correctly, coordinating eye-hand movements, coloring within the lines, and producing neater artwork. Furthermore, these activities fostered the children's concentration, precision, creativity, self-confidence, independence, and learning motivation. The learning atmosphere became more active and enjoyable, encouraging the children to participate optimally in every activity.]]>
