<![CDATA[Today's increasing business provides many options for customers with a wide range of product advantages. MSMEs are considered the main support of the national economy that can absorb a lot of workers. Many MSMEs in Makassar are constrained in obtaining official business licenses from the government, thus hindering their business progress even though the growth of MSMEs has a positive impact on the economy. The large number of MSMEs, especially in Makassar City, can result in tight competition among MSME actors. Fierce competition in MSMEs can cause company performance in MSMEs, while the factors that affect are supply chain management and total quality management. This study aims to find out whether supply chain management and total quality management have an effect on competitive advantage. Does supply chain management, total quality management and competitive advantage affect the company's performance. This type of research uses associative research with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is MSMEs in Makassar City with a sample calculation using the sloving formula and 155 respondents were obtained. The method of collecting data is through questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses Smart PLS 3. The results of the study show that supply chain management and total quality management have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Supply chain management, total quality management and competitive advantage have a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSME companies in Makassar City.
