The increasingly competitive retail industry requires companies to improve employee performance through effective human resource management. Leadership style and workload are considered important factors influencing employee performance, particularly in organizations with dynamic operational activities. This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership style and workload on employee performance at Sport Station Stores in East Jakarta. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative design. The population consisted of 63 employees, all of whom were selected as respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 25. The results showed that leadership style had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 5.974 and a significance value of 0.000. Workload also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 4.907 and a significance value of 0.000. Simultaneously, leadership style and workload significantly affected employee performance, as indicated by an F-value of 218.839 and a significance value of 0.000. The coefficient of determination (R²) was 0.879, indicating that 87.9% of employee performance variation could be explained by leadership style and workload.
