Employee work discipline is a key foundation for organizational performance, yet its implementation at PT. Adira Dinamika Multi Finance Tbk Regional Pasima still faces challenges, including late arrivals, technical disruptions in the online attendance system, limited employee awareness, and underutilized attendance data for performance evaluation. This study aims to determine the level of employee work discipline following the implementation of the online attendance system, analyze its impact on attendance and punctuality, identify the obstacles encountered, and examine how attendance data is used to support performance evaluation. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, using in-depth interviews, non-participant observation, and literature review as data collection techniques. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles et al.(2020), comprising data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification, with data validity ensured through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability checks. The findings are expected to provide the company with a clear picture of employee work discipline and serve as a basis for improving future human resource policies.
