This study aims to analyze the effects of competence, organizational culture, and training on employee performance through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at Trusmi Group, Cirebon, West Java. A quantitative survey method was employed involving 283 respondents selected through probability sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS) with SmartPLS 3.0. The results indicate that competence has a positive and significant effect on OCB (β = 0.322; t = 5.919; p = 0.000), while organizational culture (β = 0.316; t = 6.308; p = 0.000) and training (β = 0.320; t = 6.424; p = 0.000) also have positive and significant effects on OCB. Furthermore, competence (β = 0.272; t = 5.938), organizational culture (β = 0.316; t = 6.595), training (β = 0.200; t = 4.169), and OCB (β = 0.284; t = 4.749) have positive and significant effects on employee performance (p < 0.05). The R² values are 0.464 for OCB and 0.615 for employee performance. OCB also partially mediates the effects of competence, organizational culture, and training on employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of strengthening employee competence, organizational culture, training, and OCB to improve overall employee performance.
