This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership, work environment, and work motivation on employee performance at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Bangko Branch, both partially and simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design. The population consisted of 25 employees, all of whom were selected as respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a path coefficient of 0.352, a t-statistic of 2.781, and a p-value of 0.006. The work environment also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a path coefficient of 0.286, a t-statistic of 2.214, and a p-value of 0.027. Furthermore, work motivation had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a path coefficient of 0.391, a t-statistic of 3.126, and a p-value of 0.002. The R-square value of 0.714 indicates that transformational leadership, work environment, and work motivation jointly explain 71.4% of the variance in employee performance. Work motivation had the strongest relative contribution to employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of integrating leadership, work environment, and motivational factors in strategies to improve employee performance.
