<![CDATA[Information technology plays an important role in facilitating various managerial activities, including in non-formal education ecosystems. Homeschooling Alam Depok currently uses conventional spreadsheet methods for recording grades and generating report cards, making it inefficient, time-consuming, and prone to human errors. This study aims to design a web-based e-Raport information system to facilitate the grade recapitulation process, improve administrative efficiency, and provide transparent academic information access for teachers, students, and parents. The development method used is the Agile method, which allows for flexible, adaptive, and phased system development. The main features of this system include the management of master data, User accounts, academic assessments, attendance, talents mapping, therapy progress evaluation, and digital report card printing. Functional testing results using the Black Box method indicate that all features operate according to their functions without any errors found. This system successfully provides a precise, efficient, and structured digital solution for managing academic reporting at Homeschooling Alam Depok.]]>
