<![CDATA[The Point of Sale (POS) system is an information system that plays an important role in supporting business operations, particularly in the ordering process, payment transactions, and sales data management. Based on the results of observations and interviews conducted at Hello Nara Coffee, it was found that transaction processing, customer ordering, and sales report preparation were still carried out manually or by using simple spreadsheet applications. These conditions resulted in inefficient service processes, increased the risk of recording errors, and made it difficult to monitor sales data in real time. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Point of Sale (POS) Information System capable of integrating the ordering process, payment transactions, menu management, table management, cashier shift management, and automated sales report generation. The system was developed using the Agile method with a Backlog approach through the stages of Product Backlog, Sprint Planning, Sprint Backlog, Sprint Execution, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. The system was built using the Laravel framework, a MySQL database, and integrated with the Midtrans payment gateway. The results of this study indicate that the developed system simplifies the ordering process through QR Code, accelerates transaction processing, improves the accuracy of sales data recording, generates daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports automatically, and facilitates operational management for administrators and business owners. Based on the results of Black Box Testing, all major system functions operated according to user requirements, indicating that the system is suitable for implementation in the operational activities of Hello Nara Coffee.]]>
