The dynamic changes in modern business environments require organizations to develop human resource strategies that strengthen employee adaptability, psychological resources, and long-term commitment. This study aims to examine the influence of Strategic Human Resource Practices and Employee Resilience on Organizational Commitment through the mediating role of Psychological Empowerment. This study employed a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design involving 250 employees from modern organizations experiencing continuous workplace changes. Data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that Strategic Human Resource Practices and Employee Resilience have positive and significant effects on Psychological Empowerment and Organizational Commitment. Furthermore, Psychological Empowerment has a significant positive influence on Organizational Commitment and acts as a partial mediator in the relationship between strategic HR practices, employee resilience, and organizational commitment. These findings highlight that employee commitment is not only shaped by organizational policies but also by psychological experiences developed through supportive HR systems and individual adaptive capabilities. This study provides practical implications for organizations to design human resource strategies that emphasize employee development, empowerment, and resilience to sustain commitment in rapidly changing work environments.
