Hypertension is a state of increased blood pressure that gives symptoms to a target organ resulting in damage as a stroke (occurs in the organ and effects the high mortality). Symptoms of hypertension are usually dizziness, headache, neck stiffness, fatigue, nausea and vomiting, ringing ears, the world is spinning, blury vision and insomnia. Hypertension can be handles by weight loss for obesity, regulate diet, stop smoking, regular exercise, multiply eating fruits and vegetables, taking medicine according to doctors instruction.
