The emergence of artificial intelligence algorithms in the process of human capital evaluation has transformed radically the dynamics of performance evaluation. The purpose of this study is to experimentally test a structural model that examines the effect of algorithmically generated feedback on the promotion of sustainable and inclusive corporate innovation, which is mediated by worker dedication and inventiveness capability. The research employed a quantitative approach based on survey data from 250 practitioners in the technology and service sector in Indonesia. The results utilising Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) show that cognitive flexibility of Ideation competence and psychological security of work attachment, directly promote sustainable and inclusive outcomes. Algorithmic evaluations generate first capacities, while overuse develops algorithmic aversion, diminishing the emotional commitment needed for sustainable innovation. The final implementation of sustainable inclusive innovation is contingent upon human-mediated AI deployment where algorithmic efficiency complements rather than displaces human agency and compassionate leadership
