Abstract

The improvement of education quality requires teachers to utilize technology in learning. However, not all teachers can optimize technology effectively, which may impact their performance. This study aims to analyze the effect of technology utilization on teacher performance at SDN 1 Babakanmulya. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 10 teachers and analyzed using IBM SPSS version 25. The results show that teachers' technology utilization falls into the moderate category, with an average score of 65.230 and a standard deviation of 3.798. Meanwhile, teacher performance is also mostly in the moderate category, with an average score of 64.120 and a standard deviation of 4.255. A simple linear regression test indicates that technology utilization significantly influences teacher performance (p = 0.000 < 0.05), with the regression equation Y = 4.075 + 0.896X. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.703 indicates that 70.3% of the variability in teacher performance is explained by technology utilization, while 29.7% is influenced by other factors. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that technology utilization significantly affects teacher performance, emphasizing the need for improving teachers' technological competence through training and professional development

Abstract

This research delves into the ways in which sustainability influences business valuation, in particular analyzing how capital structure and performance impact the value of a firm. This study examines the relationship between financial institutions listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) and the impact of corporate social responsibility as a moderator from 2020 to 2023. Out of 47 banking firms in Indonesia, 16 were selected for the sample using a purposeful selection approach. Panel data regression, in conjunction with software (version 10), was used to analyze secondary data in this study. The findings demonstrated that the FEM analytical model was the best fit. The research shows that capital structure, when considered in isolation, has no effect on firm value. In contrast, a company's worth may be positively impacted by profitability on its own. The financial structure and profitability of a firm have a substantial impact on its value. Furthermore, CSR does not mitigate the association between capital structure and company value, according to the research. Corporate social responsibility does, however, reduce the correlation between profit and company value.

Abstract

This research focuses on eFishery, a start-up company based in Bandung, specifically during the period of December 2024 to January 2025. During this time, the start-up underwent a significant layoff, impacting nearly 95% of its employees, due to issues of fraud. This crisis provides a compelling case study for examining employee retention strategies from a Human Resource Management (HRM) perspective. The study aims to investigate the influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Work-Life Balance on Organizational Commitment among eFishery employees. A quantitative causal associative research method was employed, with the population comprising eFishery employees during the December 2024 – January 2025 period. Three Likert scales were utilized to measure the variables: the Organizational Citizenship Behavior Scale, the Work-life Balance Scale, and the Organizational Commitment Scale. Multiple linear regression analysis was used for data analysis. Empirical research findings indicate that employee Organizational Citizenship Behavior at eFishery is at a moderate level, while Work-Life Balance and Organizational Commitment are high. The results demonstrate a significant positive influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Organizational Commitment, a significant positive influence of Work-life Balance on Organizational Commitment, and a significant combined influence of Organizational Citizenship Behavior and Work-life Balance on Organizational Commitment.

Abstract

Company value is often used as the main indicator for assessing the success of managerial strategies and future business prospects. This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability, capital structure, and company size on company value in the food and beverage (F&B) sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the period 2018–2024 from 48 companies. This study employs a quantitative approach using secondary data obtained from the annual financial reports of each company, available on the official websites of the issuers and the IDX. The study utilizes panel data regression techniques to explain the factors determining corporate value. The results indicate that, partially, profitability (X₁) and capital structure (X₂) significantly influence company value (Y), while company size (X₃) does not have a significant effect. These findings suggest that internal factors such as profit efficiency and capital structure management are more dominant in determining a company's market value than the size of its assets. This study is expected to provide empirical contributions to investors, company management, and future researchers in understanding the factors that influence company value in the Food and Beverages sector.
