This study aims to determine the extent to which service digitalization partially affects the effectiveness of data dissemination at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of the Talaud Islands Regency. This study employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed using Google Forms. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, involving 40 users of the services provided by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of the Talaud Islands Regency. The collected data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4.1.1.8 software. The results indicate that service digitalization has a positive and significant effect on the effectiveness of data dissemination at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of the Talaud Islands Regency. These findings indicate that better implementation of service digitalization can improve the effectiveness of data dissemination to service users. Digitalized services facilitate faster and more efficient access to, retrieval of, and dissemination of statistical information. Therefore, improving the quality and utilization of digital-based services is an important factor in supporting the effectiveness of statistical data dissemination to the public and users of BPS services in the Talaud Islands Regency.
