Digital talent management (DTM) discussion in the digital transformation process is gaining attention. This study intends to identify the theoretical, context, characteristic, and methodological (TCCM) contributions of prior research on DTM. This research utilized a Systematic Literature Review approach with PRISMA Protocols and TCCM framework analysis and Watase Uake as data processing tools. The findings indicate that DTM is a strategic capability discourse; predominantly occurred within organizational, business, and industry-specific contexts, and operated as an Input-Process-Output System. Further evidence shows an AI paradox and the prevalence of quantitative approaches. Future research should shift from organizational-centric models towards collaborative ecosystem frameworks.
