<![CDATA[More than 5% of the global population experiences hearing loss, with an estimated 34 million cases are found in children. Early detection is important in finding cases of hearing loss in children. Early detection and management of hearing loss skills are mandatory for doctors and medical personnel working in primary health care, so a series of activities are needed to improve this knowledge and skills. Activities were carried out at Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor using lecture methods, question and answer discussions and training. The activity was attended by 43 participants with details of 12 general practitioners and 4 specialist doctors, 8 nurses (19%), 10 midwives (23%), 8 teachers/ustaz/ustadzah (19%). The majority of participants were aged 26-35 years, 10 individuals involved (23%), the largest gender was female as many as 28 people (65%), the most recent education was a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 28 individuals involved (65%), The highest duration of employment was typically between 10 and 15 years as many as 13 people (30%), and the largest place of work is in a hospital as many as 15 people (35%). The results of the pre-test and post-test of seminars and training were compared for analysis, a significant value was obtained (p value=0.032).]]>
