<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the effect of work flexibility, organizational commitment, and work motivation on employee performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as an intervening variable at the Environmental Agency of Situbondo Regency. This study employed a quantitative method using a saturated sampling technique, in which the entire population was used as the research sample, consisting of 30 respondents. Data were collected through the distribution of questionnaires to employees. The data analysis method used in this study was PLS-SEM (Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling) with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of the study indicate that work flexibility and organizational commitment have a positive but insignificant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Work flexibility has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, organizational commitment has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance, while work motivation has a negative but insignificant effect on employee performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) also has a positive but insignificant effect on employee performance. In addition, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) is unable to mediate the effect of work flexibility, organizational commitment, and work motivation on employee performance.]]>
