<![CDATA[Early marriage remains a social problem that affects adolescents’ health, education, and well-being. The high rate of early marriage in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province indicates the need for preventive efforts starting at school age. This community service activity aimed to improve adolescents’ knowledge and awareness regarding the causes, impacts, and prevention strategies of early marriage. The program was conducted on July 27, 2026, at the Computer Laboratory of SMP Negeri 2 Lubuk Besar and involved 43 eighth-grade students. The methods included interactive lectures, slide presentations, discussions, and question-and-answer sessions. The results showed that participants were enthusiastic, actively asked questions, and demonstrated a better understanding of the risks of early marriage related to health, education, economic conditions, and social life. In addition, students showed increased awareness of prioritizing education and planning their future more carefully before marriage. School-based education can serve as an effective preventive strategy to support efforts to reduce early marriage rates in Central Bangka Regency.]]>
