Digital transformation requires university libraries to develop effective and sustainable technology-based management and service systems. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Senayan Library Management System (SLiMS) in improving librarian performance and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors affecting its implementation at the Library Unit of UIN Raden Intan Lampung. This study employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and SaldaƱa through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing and verification. The findings indicate that SLiMS implementation has transformed library management from a manual system into an integrated digital system, improving work efficiency, productivity, data accuracy, and service quality. The utilization of bibliographic, circulation, membership, inventory, Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC), and reporting features has accelerated work processes and improved users' access to information. Successful implementation is supported by system quality and feature completeness, organizational support, continuous implementation experience, and librarians' basic competencies. However, the optimization of SLiMS remains constrained by disparities in digital competencies, limited continuous advanced training, and inadequate information technology infrastructure. This study confirms that the success of digital transformation in academic libraries is determined not only by technology but also by the synergy among information systems, human resource competencies, organizational support, and technological infrastructure.
