Abstract

This study aims to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes by using the inquiry approach to the concept of acid-base solutions. Therefore, this study uses classroom action research. The research subjects were XI-MIPA 5 students at SMAN 1 Kawedanan, Magetan. The data obtained are in the form of student cognitive learning outcomes and student and teacher activities. Data on cognitive learning outcomes were obtained from the final cycle test, while student activities were obtained from observation sheets and field notes. Sources of data in this activity are students in the learning process. Student learning outcomes showed an increase with an average value in the first cycle of 75.15 and the second cycle of 80.74. With the percentage of the number of students who reached the KKM in the first cycle of 67.65% and the second cycle of 85.29% with success indicators of 75% of students who reached the KKM.

Abstract

Abstract In the modern world, characterized by technological advancements, social changes, and complexity, maintaining faith in religion has become an increasingly significant challenge. This article discusses various challenges faced by individuals in preserving their faith in the modern world. Some key challenges include the rising secularization, substantial influence of social media, religious pluralism, and increasingly complex ethical questions. Amidst ever-changing social dynamics, individuals are often confronted with pressures to adapt or even doubt their beliefs. However, this article also underscores the importance of religious education, interfaith dialogue, and religious communities in aiding individuals to confront these challenges and maintain their faith in an ever-evolving modern world. Abstract

Abstract This research explores the intricate relationship between economic and social policies and the understanding and practices of faith in the Pantura community, focusing on the case of Indramayu Regency. The Pantura region of Indonesia is known for its rich cultural and religious diversity, making it an intriguing subject for examining how economic and social policies affect faith-related aspects of people's lives. The study employs a qualitative research design, utilizing interviews, surveys, and data analysis to uncover the multifaceted impact of policies on faith. The findings reveal a strong connection between socio-economic factors, such as income and education, and the depth of faith understanding and practice. Additionally, the local culture and traditions play a significant role in shaping the religious landscape, and policies promoting tolerance and interfaith dialogue are crucial in maintaining harmony in this diverse region. The research highlights the importance of holistic religious education, improved access to education and social services, and a nuanced understanding of how social and economic changes influence faith practices. Furthermore, it suggests the need for continued research to explore the evolving dynamics in this unique socio-religious context. Abstract

The Community Service Lecture (KPM) aims to carry out the tridharma function of higher education for every IAI Bunga Bangsa Cirebon Lecturer. One of the tridharma is carrying out community service by "Community Empowerment through making pastel cakes, sumpia, Bintang, ladu, gapit, kecimpring, fish crackers, ketapang seeds, salted dumplings, sweet dumplings, sweet potato chips, kunti tofu, pepes tofu, as a business "Home Scale in Improving Welfare in CipejeuhKulon Village, Lemah Abang District, Cirebon Regency". The problems with this service are (1) This business has not been managed professionally so that the pastel cakes have not varied in terms of taste to make them more attractive (2) There has been no guidance from the relevant agencies, such as entrepreneurship training regarding processing pastel cakes as a home business, (3) The community constrained by capital and marketing access. The approach method in the program includes: (1) Demonstration, namely through presentations and demonstrations of making pastel cakes (2) Training to the community about entrepreneurship, (3) All program activities are accompanied by the implementing team. The results achieved in the KPM program are (1) Snack food products in packaged form and flavor variants (2) Scientific articles. To make it easier for the target community to understand, direct practice is carried out at each stage of making snacks. From the results of this demonstration, the target community can implement pastel cake processing as a home-scale business so that it can improve the economy of the community in Cipeujeuh Kulon Village, Lemah Abang, Cirebon Regency.

Abstract

The of research is to better understand and explain the implementation of corporate social responsibility at PT.Tirta fresindo jaya (Mayora Group) using qualitative data.The research results show that the community apporoach to implementing. The Comporate Social Responbility program or PT.Tirta fresindo jaya mayora group’s pasuruan can be said to be not optimal. This isindicated by the low realization of PT.Tirta fresindo jaya (Mayora Group) Pasuruan Corporate Social Responbility. Abstract

Business developments that are happening at this time make a lot of competition in doing business increasingly tight between companies, one of which is the café business. Intense competition among business people requires business people to provide the best for their customers in order to increase purchasing decisions for a company. This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and social media marketing on purchasing decisions at Roemah Kesambi Coffee. The sample in this study was 96 people using incidental sampling. The data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The results of the partial research (t test) show that the product quality variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

Mudharabah financing is one of the significant financial instruments in the Islamic banking industry, especially in supporting micro and small businesses (MSBs) in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the legal aspects of mudharabah financing in the context of micro and small businesses in Indonesia, including understanding the basic principles, implementation, challenges, and opportunities. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection through literature review and analysis of relevant documents. The research findings indicate that mudharabah financing has great potential in supporting the growth of MSBs in Indonesia, but it also faces several challenges, such as a lack of understanding of mudharabah principles and legal uncertainties. Recommendations are given to strengthen regulations, enhance understanding of mudharabah financing, and facilitate access to financing for micro and small business players. This research provides a significant contribution to stakeholders in understanding the role and potential of mudharabah financing in supporting the development of MSBs in Indonesia. Abstract

This paper presents an analysis of the validity of Ijarah contracts in multi-service financing within Islamic banking. Ijarah, as a prominent Islamic finance mechanism, serves as a crucial tool in providing financial solutions adhering to Sharia principles. The study examines the applicability and compliance of Ijarah contracts in various multi-service financing scenarios, highlighting their effectiveness in maintaining ethical standards and financial stability.The research identifies several challenges that affect the sustainability and adherence to Sharia principles in Ijarah contracts, including regulatory changes, market fluctuations, and customer awareness of Sharia-compliant products. These challenges necessitate strategic measures to ensure the continued validity and ethical soundness of Ijarah practices in Islamic banking. Recommendations are proposed to enhance the implementation of Ijarah contracts, including increased customer education, flexibility in contract structuring, rigorous internal oversight, collaboration with regulatory authorities, and continuous innovation in product development. These measures aim to strengthen the integrity and viability of Ijarah contracts in multi-service financing, contributing to the sustainable growth of Islamic banking while upholding Sharia principles. Abstract

This study aims to analyse the implementation of Islamic programs to increase students' religious values at SMP Negeri 4 Pallangga. The problem underlying this study is the importance of instilling religious values ​​early on through religious programs in the school environment. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a field research type. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation, while the data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. This study shows that the Islamic religious education program at SMP Negeri 4 Pallangga has succeeded in increasing students' religiosity through structured religious activities, such as congregational prayers, religious lectures, and religious competitions. These activities also shape students' religious character, increasing discipline, concern, and mutual respect. In addition, religious activities strengthen social relationships between students, creating a harmonious environment. Support from teachers, students, and parents and regular evaluation of this program ensure the sustainability and effectiveness of program implementation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to provide a description of Madrasah and Pesantren Education System Analysis: Challenges and Opportunities in the Era of Modernization. This research was conducted at Hidayatul Mubarok Uman Agung Islamic Boarding School Foundation, Bandar Mataram sub-district, Central Lampung district. This research uses a qualitative approach, namely field research, where data is collected in the field to see phenomena in a natural environment. The data collection methods used in this research are interviews, observation, and documentation. Researchers used the Triangulation technique to test the validity of the data. The results showed that the use of technology at Hidayatul Mubarok Islamic Boarding School Foundation made a positive contribution in supporting the learning process and pesantren management, although there were still some obstacles such as limited infrastructure, human resource readiness, and cultural barriers. With the right strategies, such as improving infrastructure, training human resources, and implementing effective regulations, this pesantren has a great opportunity to optimize technology as an integral part of modern education without putting aside the Islamic values that are its identity.
