<![CDATA[Medical logistics management plays a critical role in healthcare facility operations, directly impacting patient safety and budgetary efficiency. This study aims to analyze the medical logistics management system at Bedas Kertasari Regional general Hospital (RSUD) to identify the daily practices and operational processes of the system. Utilizing a qualitative approach with a case study design, data collection was conducted through participatory observation and in-depth interviews with pharmacists, warehouse staff, and hospital asset management personnel. The analysis reveals that while procurement efforts are being made to integrate an e-purchasing system, RSUD Bedas Kertasari still faces several crucial challenges. The primary obstacles include data fragmentation between the planning unit and the pharmacy warehouse, lead time fluctuations of up to 22.7% in deliveries due to geographical conditions, and suboptimal digitalization in the implementation of the First Expired First Out (FEFO) system. For future research, it is recommended to conduct an evaluation study using the Human-Organization-Technology (HOT-Fit) model after the regional public hospital (RSUD) management has fully integrated the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) into the logistics unit, in order to assess its effectiveness in reducing lead times.]]>
