The population in this study consisted of all 31 employees of Sephora Jakarta. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling, in which the entire population was used as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test with the assistance of SPSS version 20. The correlation test results showed that Reward had a strong and positive relationship with employee performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.682, while Punishment had a very strong and positive relationship with employee performance, with a correlation coefficient of 0.820. The results showed that partially, the Reward variable had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t-value of 5.026 t-table value of 2.048 and a significance value of 0.000 0.05. The Punishment variable also had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated t-value of 7.701 t-table value of 2.048 and a significance value of 0.000 0.05. Simultaneously, Reward and Punishment had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, with a calculated F-value of 28.631 F-table value of 3.34 and a significance value of 0.000 0.05. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.672 indicates that Reward and Punishment explain 67.2% of the variation in employee performance, while the remaining 32.8% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study.
