Mental disorders are conditions characterized by disturbances in psychological functioning, including thought processes, emotions, and willpower. Cases of mental disorders in Indonesia remain a concern for the government, with 282,654 people, or 0.67% of the population, experiencing schizophrenia. This study aimed to provide Psychiatric Nursing Care for Mrs. H with Schizophrenia through the Application of Reprimand Therapy in Controlling Auditory Hallucinations at RSJKO Engku Haji Daud in 2025. The research was conducted over four days, from March 15–18, 2025. The method used was a case study, carried out based on the stages of the nursing care process, including assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation. The nursing diagnosis identified was Sensory Perception Disturbance: Auditory Hallucinations. The intervention provided was Reprimand Therapy with Implementation Strategy 1. After four days of implementation, the patient was able to control auditory hallucinations by using reprimand techniques. It is recommended that psychiatric patients experiencing auditory hallucinations apply Implementation Strategy 1 as part of Reprimand Therapy to help prevent and control auditory hallucinations in those with a medical diagnosis of schizophrenia. Keywords: Nursing Care, Schizophrenia, Hallucinations, Therapy Scolding
