This study aims to analyze the influence of self-concept and e-Performance on the performance of State Civil Apparatus (ASN), examine the role of work discipline as a mediating variable, and examine the role of organizational culture as a moderating variable in the relationship. The study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory survey design. Data were collected through questionnaires from 200 civil servants in ten Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) within the Bima City Government and Bima Regency Government that have used the e-Performance system. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the help of SmartPLS 4. The results showed that self-concept had a positive and significant effect on work discipline, but did not have a direct effect on ASN performance. e-Performance had a positive and significant effect on work discipline and ASN performance. Work discipline had a positive and significant effect on ASN performance and was proven to mediate the influence of self-concept and e-Performance on ASN performance. Meanwhile, organizational culture was not proven to moderate the influence of self-concept or e-Performance on ASN performance. The novelty of this research lies in the development of an integrative model that positions self-concept and e-Performance as determinants of ASN performance, with work discipline as a mediating mechanism and organizational culture as a moderating variable within a single structural model. The research findings provide implications for government agencies to strengthen e-Performance implementation and improve work discipline as strategies to enhance ASN performance.
