Pengaruh Stress Kerja, Budaya Organisasi, dan Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dimediasi oleh Motivasi Kerja

The focus of this study was to examine how job stress, corporate culture, and job training impact staff motivation and performance at Western Hotel & Resort Serpong. This study used a quantitative approach. Data were collected through a survey distributed to 30 employees using a saturated sampling method. Each statement in the survey was rated using a Likert scale from 1 to 5. Data were analyzed using SPSS version 27. Multiple linear regression and path tests were used. The results showed that job stress did not affect employee performance; organizational culture did affect their performance, while job training did not. In addition, job stress did not affect the desire to work, while job training did not affect the desire to work.
