Pratama Employee data management, attendance recording, leave requests, and payroll calculations at PT Aneka Indoraya Plasindo were previously conducted manually using physical documents and logbooks. These conventional processes led to several issues, including slow retrieval of attendance records, the risk of data loss or damage, physical archive accumulation, and potential errors in payroll calculations. This study aims to design and develop an integrated web-based Employee Information Management System to improve human resource administrative efficiency and payroll calculation accuracy. The system was developed using the Spiral Development Model, which consists of iterative cycles involving planning, risk analysis, engineering/development, and user evaluation stages. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation review. System modeling was designed using UML (Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram, and Class Diagram) alongside ERD and LRS database relationships. System functionality was tested using the Black Box Testing method. The outcome of this research is a web-based Employee Information Management System application (AIRA HRIS) equipped with user and department management, Face ID biometric attendance integrated with Geofence GPS location verification, real-time attendance monitoring, leave/permit request and approval modules, salary component management, automated payroll processing, and slip recap generation/exporting. Based on Black Box Testing results, all system functions operated successfully according to user requirements. Consequently, this system effectively reduces data loss risks, accelerates attendance and payroll processing, and enhances operational transparency at PT Aneka Indoraya Plasindo.
